All components going into the production of the lithium battery undergo extreme entry controls dealing with the appearance, quality, specification and function. What is your delivery time?
Standard products are produced within 15-20 days and shipped immediately via sea or air. Customized products are produced within 30-35 days. Sea shipping usually takes 28-35 days.

What payment terms do you support?
For orders below $10,000 USD, we accept 100% prepayment via T/T. For larger orders, we require a 30% prepayment. Once production is complete, we provide videos and images or conduct live video inspections, and the balance is paid before shipping.
How does your warranty work?
Different product lines have different warranties. Electric motorcycle and high-rate power batteries generally have a 3-year warranty, 12V/24V energy storage battery packs come with a 5-7 year warranty, 48V home energy storage packs offer a 10-15 year warranty, and commercial energy storage packs generally have a 15-20 year warranty.
